4th Quarter Plus Overtime announces our new partnership with the University of Chicago

It is with great pleasure that 4th Quarter Plus Overtime announces our new partnership with the University of Chicago through the prestigious Jeff Metcalf Internship Program.

We are thrilled to welcome Kinsley Washington as our newest intern and to have her join our growing team.

For more than 28 years, the Jeff Metcalf Internship Program has provided paid, meaningful internship opportunities to University of Chicago students, empowering generations of students and alumni to launch successful careers. The program creates a powerful connection between mission-driven organizations and top-tier student talent, offering students hands-on experience while developing professional skills and career networks.

For host organizations, the Metcalf Program offers access to a diverse, highly skilled pool of candidates with minimal administrative burden. Its flexible structure allows students to work in virtual, in-person, or hybrid roles, making it easy for organizations to integrate interns into existing programs and workflows.

During the 2024–2025 academic year alone, more than 4,500 Metcalf internships were offered across a wide range of industries and locations—underscoring the program’s impact and reach.

We are honored to partner with the University of Chicago and the Metcalf Program, and we look forward to the insight, energy, and excellence Kinsley brings to 4th Quarter Plus Overtime.

Please join us in warmly welcoming Kinsley and the University of Chicago to our program.
